YOGA HIITS
Power HIITS brings together the strength-building benefits of power yoga with the heart-pounding intensity of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This class is designed to provide a comprehensive workout experience, combining the strength building poses of yoga with the energizing power of cardio intervals. The power yoga poses challenge your muscles and core strength, while the HIIT intervals boost endurance, burn calories, and enhance cardiovascular fitness.
What to Expect:
Each class is unique and includes a warm-up flow followed by a power flow with HIIT intervals built into the asana and ends with a calming cool-down and Savasana.

Warm-Up: Begin with a mindful and gentle warm-up, setting the stage for the class's fusion approach.

Core Class Flow: Engage in a series of power yoga poses that enhance strength, balance, and flexibility infused with high intensity cardio interval bursts.

Cool-Down and Stretch: Conclude the class with a calming cool-down and deep stretches to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and promote recovery.

Power Vinyasa
60, 75 or 90 minute vinyasa flow focusing on total body strength, flexibility and stretch connecting breath and movement. This flow will take you through a total body power sequence focused on strength, flexibility, alignment, balance and deep rest.
Slow Burn
60 minute slower paced class focused on alignment and holding poses for a longer period of time. This class is designed to stretch and strengthen while focusing on breath and endurance.
