Meet Sheri

I am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, certified personal trainer, and group fitness instructor with a strong background in strength training, functional movement, and mindful conditioning. I hold a Master’s degree in Adult Learning and Development, which informs my coaching approach through clear cueing, intelligent progressions, and an ability to meet clients of all levels where they are. I excel at creating structured, engaging workouts that build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall performance while maintaining an inclusive and motivating class environment.

My fitness journey began early leading step aerobics classes for my mom’s friends while still in high school. From there, movement became a constant companion as I trained with the workout videos of the time, from Jane Fonda and The Firm to The Biggest Loser and Beachbody. I explored endurance training and spent several years running 5Ks, but ultimately found my true home in group fitness classes and heated yoga, where strength, community, and intentional movement intersect. These experiences shaped my belief that fitness should evolve with you and be something you feel capable of for life. Today, my goal is to help others begin where they are, build confidence through smart training, and move through life feeling strong, resilient, and CAPABLE.​
